- To move a tree that is blocking drivers’s line of sight or pedestrian/vehicle access, please contact the Forest Affairs Section of the Agriculture and Fishery Bureau and report the location of the tree. A joint on-site inspection by the agencies concerned will be scheduled to verify the necessity of moving the tree and confirm the number of tree and moving date. You should not move the tree by yourself or you will violate the Regulations Governing Public Street Trees and commit the crime of damage to public property.
